The "kommmitmensch" dialogues for vocational educational institutions by the German Accident Insurance DGUV enable a well-founded discussion of the topics of safety and health in everyday working life.
With the help of a systematic approach, management, team leaders, teachers and possibly other employees take a look at the prevention culture on the basis of six fields of action that are fundamental for safety and health.
A 5-step model serves as a quality benchmark. Six different fields of action form the basis of the dialogue - leadership, communication, social climate, error culture and safety and health. Participants are invited to bring in examples from their everyday work. Afterwards, ideas for improving safety and health at work are jointly sought and concrete measures are defined.
With these dialogues you will find an initial introduction to the topic. In addition, you can sharpen everyone's understanding of how safe and healthy behavior can work at a high level. The dialogues are available for institutions of vocational training as a digital version in the form of an easy-to-use PDF. In this way, you can also carry out the dialogue regardless of location, e.g. as part of a video conference.
The "kommmitmensch" dialogues are also available for kindergarten, school and universities, with work posters and work packages.
