The guidebook supports engagement with education and training policy-making at EU level, offering a learning opportunity in itself for all users. It includes all processes and actors relevant for achieving the vision of LLL Platform, which promotes a holistic definition of and a lifelong learning approach to education and training in which formal, informal and non-formal learning environments and stakeholders collaborate, placing learners at the centre.
