23rd World Congress on Safety and Health at Work

This international conference is an opportunity to gather and connect with global leaders in safety and health from over 120 countries. Participants will hear about new work health and safety ideas, gain insight into the latest research, and discover innovative solutions for the workplace while building strategic alliances and partnerships to advance work health and safety.

The congress provides a forum for the exchange of knowledge, best practices and experiences to promote safe and healthy work for all, strengthens connections, networks and alliances while laying the groundwork for cooperation and deepening relationships among all concerned and provides a platform for sharing knowledge, innovation, research, and strategic and practical ideas to immediately implement.

Across four days, over 30 workshops, 24 symposia, six technical sessions, and three keynote speakers are planned. Interactive discussions including mock trials and fireside chats will be held, as well as presentations of some of Australia’s leading businesses and their work health and safety practices in action.

A first draft of the programme is online now. From now until March 2023, tickets are available for purchase at 20% off standard price.

Until 30 November 2022, researchers, work health and safety professionals, business leaders, government agencies and workers have the opportunity submit abstracts to share their stories, ideas, perspectives, and learnings on our global stage:
