The motto of the 12th International Conference Working on Safety (WOS) 2024 is "BUILDING A RESILIENT FUTURE - Towards sustainable safety in a rapidly changing world".

There are 6 main topics that the conference will cover: Digitalisation and connectivity, Changes in work organization, Sustainable development and occupational safety, Vision Zero: Safety - Health - Wellbeing, Safety and health management and Education and training.
Education and training provide employers, managers, supervisors, workers and students with knowledge, skills and competences to enable them to identify hazards at the workplace and to take the right measures to control them. The impact of digitalization on education and training and new trends will be presented in adult-oriented teaching and learning in the field of OSH as well as new didactic approaches and methods, which have changed partly under the influence of the pandemic (e.g. hybrid learning, online events), and new training concepts in OSH will also be discussed.

Young scientists up to the age of 30 can apply for the Young Scientist Award and win prizes.
