Toolbox-training program for construction foremen in Denmark The Danish Toolbox-training program aims to improve construction foremen’s knowledge and skills in planning and safety communication, not only with their crew members, but also with their colleagues, leaders, other professions and customers. In the future, the goal of the training program would be to reduce phys- ical attrition of workers’ health and improve injury and accident prevention, health and safety culture. Young people's health and safety is challenged in several ways. Young people are hired, they are often low in the hierarchy, are usually employed for a short time education or training, and they copy quickly older colleagues good as well as bad habits.
