The YWRCC will help prepare young people for joining the job market for the first time. They will learn workplace health and safety and minimum legislation (e.g. for safety, pay and hours of work) he or she and their employer must follow. Young people will also learn about workplace rights and responsibilities for employees and employers and where to go for help.
