It is a participatory approach. Starting point is the formation of a working group then following steps should be followed: 1. Planning: how to carry out the round 2. Communication: everyone should be informed about the programme its aims and proceeding 3. Distribution and analysis of the questionnaire: everyone fills this questionnaire out and an average profile is created, information regarding the working environment is given 4. Discussion in small groups: work out suggestions for improvement 5. Set-up of an action plan 6. Implementation 7. Follow-up and evaluation
