Somersault brings momentum into everyday kindergarten life. Using simple and practical means, Purzelbaum, a successful offer from Basel-Stadt, ensures more exercise and healthy nutrition in kindergarten. The children discover the fun of movement and benefit from a variety of options that take their urge to move into account.
Based on the positive experiences in Basel, 18 cantons have launched and implemented the Purzelbaum concept in around 2,520 kindergartens.
