“School acts” is a tried-and-tested, evaluated and holistic school development process to strengthen the health of all employees. Across Switzerland, over 8,500 school employees involved have benefited directly from “School Acts” since 2018, and around 60,000 students have benefited indirectly. The offer is aimed at public and private schools of all levels. The schools are accompanied by a professional advisor during the implementation process.
At the beginning of the process, schools use a comprehensive online survey to determine the resources, stress and general well-being of employees at school and team level. Building on this assessment, the school team jointly analyzes the development potential, defines areas of action, derives tailor-made measures to strengthen health and plans their implementation.
