This project by the Sports University Cologne aims at promoting healthy food and physical activities as an instrument for prevention of overweight and health problems. A special motorical test has been developed and is carried out at the kindergarten. The parents and the kindergarten staff then gets the results of the test and tips for healthy living. Offers of nearby sports clubs for physical activities are presented. In Cologne, more than 43 kindergartens have participated this program. A tutorial for the motorical test can be downloaded on the website.
