As part of a three-year sustainable development plan entitled ‘Eco-Citizen Development’, which began in 2008, Armor extended its health and safety policy. The new policy was aimed at improving well-being by reducing psychosocial and ergonomic risks. A support programme was created for shift workers. Physical risks were addressed through workstation ergonomics.
