The online seminar reflects the situation on the ground and adopts a practical approach. The participants are introduced to the exercise topics in seven units spread over approximately four months. The units are divided in turn into three modules: knowledge, practical examples, and exercises. The content of each unit is worked through over a 14-day period. The necessary background knowledge is built up in the knowledge module. Tips and links to further literature are also provided. Videos, photographs and texts are provided for illustration, and can be found in the real-life examples module. Tasks can then be found in the module of the same name; solutions to these are to be produced by the participants in small groups. This co-operation promotes motivation and closer familiarity with the subject-matter.
