We are proposing the Education for Health as a formation process. We try to make the student responsible in order to acquire the knowledge, the attitudes and the basic habits required for the defence and promotion of the individual and collective health. In other words, we try to prepare the student to adopt the healthiest way of life and a positive health behaviour. We offer resources for the teaching professionals that are facing this teaching task. Our proposals are addressed to the Spanish secondary education, but they can be used in other countries too.
