The training consists of three stages: 1) Setting the scene: on their first day at work the young workers are presented with their new job and an instructor explains the workplace to them 2) Theoretical training: seminars are given to train the new workers about the standards of health and safety in demolition work 3) On the job-training: this part takes place at the workplace in a period of approximately 50-60 days. It consists of an introduction and training during working situations, all accompanied by the instructor. The workers are assessed by the instructors before they are allowed to carry out the job correctly and safely.
