Career guidance for students. The "I want you"! Project AVE - "I want you" was launched in Sibiu to contribute to greater inclusion of students in primary and secondary learning programs in workplaces organized in companies and institutions where students can experience the Popular trades and professions. AVE is an educational project regarding safety and health in the work environment and early career counseling for pupils in gymnasium (11-15 years), supported by the Labor Inspectorate, School Inspectorate and economic actors. Dozens of children Secondary School in Slimnic benefit the project a learning process in which adults are introduced to the professions, they take one day become computer, CNC operator, fireman, airport worker, primary or baker. In this project, students participating in practice simulates a trade during a day at a job organized within a company, under the constant supervision of teachers and managers job. In this way young people see what they do at work, understand the need for training and personal protective equipment and discover through direct experience job characteristics that may to choose later in life.
