Additional valus for body and mind is a project oft he vocational scholl at Lochau, Austria. A weblog was set up fort he apprentices, offering information on healthy living, nutrition and food, events. The project is supposed to educate the apprentices in healthy living, social competencies, drug prevention and physical excecises. Social skills and positive experiences in dealing with their own health are essential preconditions to the high standards of social, psychological, social and environmental justice structures and can also assume responsibility for the health of others. The aim of this project is therefore the personal health awareness of apprentices to strengthen, to increase their autonomy and their social competence, and to provide them with the necessary health knowledge and practical skills for their role as multipliers in the hospitality industry.
