“Eigenständig werden” (Acquisition of independence) is a school-based programme for the development of life-skills, health promotion, prevention of substance abuse and aggression. The programme is conceptualised for grade 1-4. Teachers are provided with a manual with comprehensive material including units with worksheets and a handbook. Awarded with the Germanyer Präventionspreis 2004
