Depending on the skills, interests and needs of the communities in which they live, young people will need to participate in community initiatives, acquiring a voucher that will allow access to digital and soft skills training. By the end of the project, young people in our country will have the platform and support to acquire and improve their digital skills and respond to the digital transformation of the economy. This will improve employment opportunities, promote innovation and thus support the economic development of the Republic of North Macedonia.
