Källby Gård is a comprehensive school with children from 1 to 12 years old. The school was the first in the world to be awarded the title of safe and secure school, according to the criteria set up by the WHO, on the 24th November 2003. The school has been a model for work with accident prevention. In order to create secure and safe environments, the school has developed a plan of action to promote the children’s security and safety in both the physical and psychosocial environment.

PAPILIO is a program in kindergartens for early prevention of behavioural problems and support of social-emotional competencies for kindergarten children. The program is based on knowledge gained from developmental psychology and counteracts the risks of violence and addiction in the long term. PAPILIO has been conceptualized and evaluated in the frame of a longitudinal study with more than 700 children, 1,200 parents and 100 kindergarten teachers. Project partners are betapharm foundation, Robert Bosch foundation, Free University Berlin, University Bremen, University Augsburg and the Augsburger Puppenkiste, which is a famous string- puppets- theatre.

The “¡ A salvo!” (Safe!) campaign directed at primary education students aged from 6 to 12 years in all schools in Castilla y León and was developed to increase the children's awareness and attention to safety. Its objective was to create a new preventive culture by acting from the first stages of education to promote awareness that safety is socially desirable and must be defended by all, and by promoting an attitude change that contributes to the development of health and safety habits for all and benefits everyone.

On this website of the Accident Insurance North Rhine-Westphalia, children, pupils and other visitors can click through a unique virtual model of a school or a kindergarten. Users can find out a lot about safety, risks and technical details.
The kindergarten has several floors and shows rooms inside and outside, the school shows corridors, classrooms and specials rooms for chemistry, biology and more. Even a natatorium and a gym can de visited.

The Independant Institute for environmental questions (UfU) in Berlins offers a a collection of materials about "Noise and Listening", which will be available for all teachers in Berlin and which consists of literature, concepts for lessons, CDs with practice examples, work sheets, videos, excursions, measuring instruments and more.
Providing a collection of material which is available to all teachers, makes this project highly effective and reduces its costs; any teacher who has worked with the material may function as a supervisor/advisor to others.

In April 2005, the primary school Zachar Kroměřiž in the Czech Republic was announced International Safe School. The programme International Safe Schools is a part of larger movement the World Health Organisation Safe Community movement, formally started in 1989 and located at the WHO Centre Community Safety Promotion in Karolinska Institutet, Stockholm, Sweden.

Hearing Health provides material for teachers in compulsory schools to enhance the knowledge of their pupils about noise, their sound environment and about the protection of hearing damage.
Hearing Health for the Compulsory School consists of two parts, each of which has been adapted to a different age group and intended for use in teaching.
The factual sections do not claim to cover the subject area comprehensively, but rather aim to function as basic information and sources of inspiration in areas which may be explored in greater depth. The material can be integrated with and used in various subject areas such as music, visual arts, biology and physics.

This project of the construction supervision council of the canton Zurich wants to sensitize pupils and give them knowledge about noise. The speech “You are, what you listen to!” or the theatre “Threatened by the noise mafia…” offer an effective noise experience for teenagers aged 15 years and serve as an introduction of the theme noise.
The speech can be heald in front of the pupils, the theatre production approaches the topic in a funny, satirical way by watching two secret agents hunting the noise Mafia...

It is a continuation of other big prevention campaigns organized by PZU, which should improve safety on Polish roads.

The "Foundation for Listening", founded by the Hessischer Rundfunk and Bayerischer Rundfunk, Germany, wants to teach people how to listen. It wants to give children, adolescents and adults positive listening experiences, and intends to do so by using contemporary teaching methods.
The project "Listening in Listening Schools" won the 3rd price at the 6th Training & Innovation from 7th to 8th July 2006 at the BG Institute Work and Health (BGAG) in Dresden

It is the most wonderful task of architecture to create a home. Home means feeling yourself at home with body and soul. In order to reach this, however, we all have to show concern for our direct social and architectural environment with much more self-determination and imagination.
With its "hands-on design of spaces" scheme, Bunte Kuh e.V. regularly conducts different architectural projects using clay, water and fire in problem districts and in education facilities.

Pellekaija Pum is an exotic and rare bird. It is distantly related to a parrot. Pellekaija Pum is bumbling around in all kinds of dangerous situations and the children must give him advice so that he will not hurt himself.
The advice is often in the form of songs dealing with fire safety, falling, poisoning, sharp tool hazards and traffic safety. The children learn to prevent and avoid hazards and to act correctly if an accident occurs.

The school, being the authority in charge of education par excellence, shall take the burden for the education to the Civil Protection, which is a pivotal aspect in personal education .
The education to the Civil Protection at school shall concern above all the prevention at social level that, through the knowledge of the environmental and technological risks, results in useful behavioural measures in case of emergency.

Can children and teenagers discriminate safe from dangerous behaviours?
'Mister Help' is the title of a TV programme by Rai Educational and Ispesl (National Institute of Occupational Safety and Prevention), which was broadcast on Rai 3 and via satellite.
This programme was aimed at children and teenagers attending compulsory education (aged 6-15), to convey among young people a clear message on issues related to safety.

The school focuses on teaching foreign languages, information and communication technologies and healthy lifestyle. This year has 15 classes and more than 300 pupils. Since the school year 2007/2008 the school began to implement their own educational program Hornoměcholupská Elementary School - School of the Third Millennium ".
Everyday school activity and programme contains such activities that lead the pupils into positive changes of the attitude towards one another, the environment, to maintain good relations with people, to be able to solve the problems effectively and manage stress and the regime. The school considers a long-term priority to educate a man who grasps and understands the value of health and strives at health protection.

The school development award „Good healthy school“ is an initiative of the Statutory accident insurance for the public sector In North Rhine-Westphalia. Since 2008, it is awarded annually to schools in Northrine-Wesrtphalia, that inetgrate health promotion and prevention into their quality development. The prize awards schools for their good work and promotes the dissemination of good healthy school practice. All general education schools and occupational schools in North Rhine-Westphalia can participate in the tender. Previously awarded schools are allowed to apply in a parallel procedure.

The VISIONART and VISIONARIES-NET programs, supported by the European Commission, aim to create international and country-specific Internet portals on violence prevention in schools and to bring together persons engaged in violence prevention in school.
VISIONARY is a European collaborative project on school bullying and violence (SBV), addressing teachers, parents, professionals, pupils and others interested in the topic.
Partner counties are Denmark, Finland, Germany, Portugal and the United Kingdom.
The web portal aims to help all who search for background information on SBV, project descriptions, good practice, materials and other resources on SBV in the Internet. It also wants to support all who are interested in exchanging ideas and experiences with others on an International level. The main sections of the website are available in English, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Romanian, Danish and Finnish.

The "Naschgarten" (Munching garden) at Holzminden is a local prevention project for more nature experience and living areas in the city to reduce adiposis in childhood. Children are supposed to be introduced to healthy nutrition, more physical excercises and creation of their own living environment in a playful way for promotion of activity and well-being of the children.
In the munching garden (Naschgarten) in the city centre of Holzminden, the children can put their own play- and garden-ideas into practice. They are involved in planning, gardening and harvest. The project addresses especially children of socially disadvantaged families.

Originally from Australia, MindMatters is a school based programme for the promotion of mental health in secondary schools (Grade 5 – 10). The German language adaptation was developed and pilot tested within a research project under the lead of Prof. Dr. Peter Paulus at the Leuphana University Lueneburg from 2002 to 2006.
MindMatters is a setting approach and aims at all persons involved in school such as pupils, school heads and non-teaching staff as well as at affiliated outside the school.

In the scope of this project by the University Hospital of Heidelberg, Department of Clinical Social Medicine, a web-based learning environment for schools has been developed. This learning environment called "In touch with health" puts a focus on the subjects of skin / skin diseases and sexuality / sexually transmittable diseases. It is designed for teenagers and multipliers who want to look into these subjects. The central question will be what everybody can do to protect their skin and to support their health. This learning platform is the result of the interdisciplinary "paedimed" project between medical and educational professionals and received financial support from the European Union.
The intention of the project is to enable the target groups to acquire competencies and attitudes which will help them to stay healthy.

Upsi is a comic character, created by the Accident Insurance Berlin to raise awareness for OSH topics in a playful way. Six books and one radio play have been released until now, dealing with physical excercises, skin, fire, learning to swim and listening.
The books are supposed to be read to children aged 4 - 6 in kindergartens to give them information on the topics and raise their awareness in a playful way. The radio play can teach children how to concentrate on one single sound, how to listen.
Every kindergarten in Berlin gets the books for free and can use them.

The National Healthy Schools Programme is an long term initiative that helps young people and their schools to be healthy. The programme makes a difference to the health and achievement of young people in thousands of schools across England.
Healthy Schools help children and young people to reach their potential by building on a solid foundation of health to do better in learning and in life.

The Irish Health and Safety Authority (HSA) launched a pilot project in post-primary schools in the south-east and west of the country in September 2007. ‘Choose Safety’ is a teaching and learning resource pack for post- junior certificate students. It is primarily aimed at transition year, leaving certificate applied and leaving certificate vocational programmes and those who are likely to engage in work experience. The ‘Choose Safety’ module consists of a students’ workbook, a teacher's guidebook and a DVD. The module is approximately a 20 hour programme and the lessons may be expanded or condensed to suit the timetable- arrangements in schools and the ability range of students.

Every year LO conducts union outreach activities, called “Facket I sommarland” (trade union summer assistance for young people) among young people aged 16-20 years. Visits to workplaces are made and a special telephone help-line offers guidance during the summer. Young trade unionists answer the questions that young people have about their working conditions. Young people are informed about their rights on summer jobs.

GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) has set principles and launched various initiatives to help young workers to assimilate into their new work environment and to ensure that they make a safe start in their working life. Actions towards young workers and students working onsite are carried out within the context of the company’s general policy on risk prevention.

Many young people are employed in the retail sector and the number of work-related injuries is relatively high compared to other sectors. The Sector Environment Council for Retail decided to produce interactive educational software – “the training programme” – for the information and instruction of young people about their working environment in the retail sector. Making it relevant and interesting for young people was the main objective as well as designing something that would be interesting for their employers, too. Winner of a European Good Practice Award 2006.

The aim of this project is to teach apprentices in the fields of safety competence, health competence, personal competence, technical competence and future competence. Another main focus of this innovative project is to develop hazard-spotting skills and involve the young apprentices in hazard rectification.

A new qualification designed to improve young people’s understanding of safe working when taking part in work experience.
The course and qualification aims to provide Year 10 students with a basic understanding of health and safety in the workplace, so that they understand hazards, and what to expect of their employer.
Teaching materials to support the qualification have been produced by IOSH and will be free to schools and colleges. The materials will be accessible for students to work online and have been piloted in schools in England to ensure they meet the needs of teachers and students.

According to an INQA-project, a concept has been developed for vocational education personnel in the metal- and electric industry called “from teacher to learning assistant”. It implements contemporary vocational- pedagogic approaches according to the dual education by using the example of the requirements of machine guidelines. This concept has been further developed in another project for trainees in the metal- and electric industry.

This brochure supports to rise the awareness of entrepreneurs of possible sources of danger in the enterprise. It informs about safety measurements to prevent accidents, to ensure the quality of working material in the enterprise in order to prevent accidents due to material faults and helps to use machinery in a responsible way. The entrepreneur is informed about potential risks, how to assess, to avoid and to eliminate these. The special situation of family businesses is addressed by showing potential risks when children are particularly present at the workplace.

In Austria a series of OSH seminars has been offered since 2004 for teachers in vocational schools and higher technical colleges. The duration is 96 hours in total, 48 hours are announced by the Federal Institute for Pedagogic Education and 48 hours are to choose from the organisations standard seminar programs. The participants are trained to be tutors and instructors for OSH and they get a certificate on that. The education program contains the following items: basic laws and technical standards, organisation of OSH in practice, workplace safety, ergonomics, chemical substances, evaluation of hazards and cost-benefit analysis. With this extra knowledge teachers will be able to include OSH facts in the teaching programs of their schools. Finally their students will get a certificate, the above mentioned Occupational Health and Safety Passport.

This E- Learning program offers several possibilities for vocational trainers to get information about the subject "drugs" and to practice strategies for handling this problem in a propriate manner.
The program is available online and can as well be ordered on CD ROM.

Since the 1980s, the BG BAU is supporting the interplant training centres in imparting of different issues of occupational safety and health by a complete training programme, the “Youth programme”. Trainers and trainees form the target group of this training programme.

Increasing the awareness of occupational health and safety in young persons and decreasing the number of occupational accidents affecting young persons - that is the aim of this course in 4 parts for teachers in the 7th grade.
This project won the 2nd price at the 6th Training & Innovation from 7th to 8th July 2006 at the BG Institute Work and Health (BGAG) in Dresden.

This website by the BAR Bygge & Anlæg (Sectoral Working Environment Council on Building and Construction) aims to raise awareness and knowledge about safety in professions in the construction sector.
The website is available in four languages: Danish, English, Polish and German. It contains 15 different areas, each of them covering one profession at the construction site: bricklayer, scaffold builder, glazier, floor fitter, construction builder, mason paviour, building builder, electrician, painter, demolition worker, roofer, carpenter, plumber, asphalt worker and safety representative.

Passport to Safety is an innovative national youth health and safety test and transcript programme in Canada that verifies whether young people have a basic understanding of what they need to know to protect themselves from injury at work. The Passport to Safety card is a nationally recognised certificate, which certifies a basic level of health and safety knowledge.
Passport to Safety does not replace the job-specific health and safety training that is required of all employers under Canadian legislation. All employers are still required to provide the training necessary for each worker to be able to perform their job safely.
The Passport to Safety aims to help eliminate needless injuries and preventable deaths of young Canadians aged 24 and under.

The Ambassador Network is a programme in social and health care vocational schools to support the teaching of OSH and coach teachers in this area. In each vocational school, an ‘ambassador’ for OSH/work environment training is established to support other teachers. the ambassadors are organised into a network to share e.g. information and experiences.
Instigators of this project are the joint employer-trade union work environment council (BAR) for the social and health care sector.

Napo is an original idea conceived by a small group of OSH communications professionals in response to the need for high quality information products to break down national boundaries and address the diverse cultures, languages and practical needs of people at work. Each film is co-produced by a number of European Institutions. The Film Consortium - HSE (UK); DGUV (Germany); INAIL (Italy); INRS (France); SUVA (Switzerland) and AUVA (Austria) - emerged from the European Year of Safety and Health 1992/3, and the European Film Festival held in Thessaloniki in 1992.

It is a European partnership which aims to enhance work floor safety through the development of a user-friendly e-Learning training course, enabling users to prepare at their own pace for the exam in order to obtain the B-VCA certificate that is mandatory in some European countries.
Safestart is a training course via e-learning in "Basic Safety at Work" for school-leavers, jobseekers and temporary workers.

The AdRisk project (Community Action on Adolescents and Injury Risk) represents an integrated approach to reduce the injury risk and risk taking behaviour among adolescents aged 15-24 years. The high injury-related mortality and morbidity rate among adolescents can be partly explained by their risk-taking behaviour and lifestyles. AdRisk wants to supplement existing injury prevention and/or safety promotion programmes.

"Volle Puste" (Full Breath) is a project by the Institute and Outpatient Clinic for Occupational, Social and Environmental Medicine at the Ludwig-Maximilians University, Munich. It is supported by the Initiative for New Quality at Work (INQA). The project is supposed to raise awareness of the role of respiratory and skin diseases when choosing a profession.
Four E- Learning cases exist so far, dealing with lung and skin diseases in different professions like mechatronic engineers, hairdressers, mechanic engineers and medical technical assistants.

STAD started in 1995 as a project, and is since the year 2005 a section within the Center for Dependency Disorders in Stockholm, Stockholm County Council. STAD conducts long-term development work in alcohol and drug prevention by testing and evaluating promising methods for the prevention of alcohol and drug problems. Evaluation is being carried out in co-operation with the Department of Public Health Sciences at the Karolinska Institute.

“Ny i job” or “New Kids on the Job” is teaching materials addressed to young people in transition between education and job and to young people, who have just started their working life. Teaching materials are for goal orientated education and instruction to change attitudes to occupational safety and health. It promotes and encourages a preventive culture among young workers and their employers.

The "Allgemeine Unfallversicherungsanstalt (AUVA)", the most important institution in social insurance in Austria, organised an international safety competition for apprentices in the construction industry "Building is team-work". This competition was hosted in cooperation with the social partners and supported by the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work, as well as the international conference "Integration of health and safety at work into vocational education". This conference and the competition took place in Vienna on 23th and 24th October, 2006.

Running competitions and coaching young competitors was found to be an excellent method to promote occupational safety and health. The competitions involved enterprises and educational establishments from about 40 different trades. As such it helped to promote cooperation between schools and businesses and, through this cooperation, both partners became more aware of the importance of OSH issues at work and for workers’ health. The young competitors who were awarded were good examples for students in vocational education and for other young people at the start of their work careers.

Young people with jobs in agriculture and horticulture are exposed to physically demanding working conditions causing risks to their health and safety. This project took the form of a training programme, and targeted agricultural students aged 16-20 years who were employed and attending college at the same time. The programme had two main goals: to educate students on physical strain and how to cope with it and to challenge students to assess their own work environments and to think up ways of improving it.

There is an indication that across Higher Education (HE) engineering courses in the UK, the extent and content of risk education varies, and is not always commensurate with the level of risk that undergraduates could be responsible for managing in their professional life. Consequently, a project was set up to incorporate risk education into the curriculum of an undergraduate engineering course in a UK university for the 2005/06 academic year.

The studies are composed of lectures and practical classes. The sessions take place once a month – three days a week. Every session consists of 13 units (26 hours). The innovative and comprehensive curriculum of studies includes OSH policy in Poland and EU, ergonomics, OSH management, integrated system of health determinants in the workplace, GP HESSME, as well as legal aspects connected with OSH.

This degree course is run by our Department of Social Security Management in collaboration with the appropriate professional associations. The programme qualifies its graduates for careers in senior positions in the field of social security, with special emphasis on accident insurance.

During the educational process the students acquire current knowledge regarding ergonomics, safety and health protection, analysis and assessment of occupational risk, safety and work hygiene management. They also advance their skills in designing, implementing, maintaining and mastering systems of occupational safety management. Special emphasis is placed on providing students with the ability of practical use of the knowledge acquired.

The Dublin Institute of Technology is one of Ireland’s largest and most innovative third-level institutions, with a population of 22,000 students and approximately 2,000 staff members. DIT offers over 300 different programmes from apprenticeship right through to postgraduate level. DIT’s campus sites are currently located in over 40 buildings around the city centre.
Universities and colleges in Ireland have to comply with OSH legislation, which requires them to prevent risks to their own staff and to third parties including students. In assisting the Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT) to meet its legal obligations, its safety team has sought, at the same time, to promote a safety culture among students with the aim that they will take this away with them to their future workplaces.

The first Finnish computer-based learning environment for OSH, TYVE, was developed by the Tampere University of Technology. TYVE is a web safety course for students offering different, interactive features.
The aim of the TYVE-project was to develop a computer-based learning environment for OSH. The target groups were universities, polytechnic institutes, and students in the Open University. The target group of the learning environment are students with no prior knowledge about OSH. The material was to be made freely available over the Internet.

The US National Safety Council (NSC) with global partners organise the international Robert W. Campbell Award, an international award for business excellence. The award recognizes companies that have successfully integrated health, safety and environmental management into their overall business operations. These cases, which demonstrate health and safety and economic productivity, are converted for use as resources for engineering and business schools, and to promote partnerships with business schools and cooperation among professors/lecturers.

The University of Salamanca, Spain, provides different types of studies in occupational safety and health with the specialisation Master in Occupational Hazards (Risks) Management or Master in Construction Safety Management and Coordination.
The aim is to integrate health and safety risk training and education into undergraduate and postgraduate courses. To carry out this objetive programme, the university works in three areas: education, vocational training and information and dissemination. The master studies are divided into a common part that is obligatory and an optional specialisation.

The Health and Safety Laboratory (HSL) in the United Kingdom organized a cooperation with the University of Liverpool to integrate Ocupational Safety and Health into University Engineering degree courses.

The PGA (Prophylaktische Gesundheits Arbeit), department ‘Linz Academy of Occupational Medicine and Safety’ is a private non-profit organization certified by Ministry of Health to be one of two Austrian instititutions for the training of occupational physicians. This academy offers courses for students who have completed medical university to study occupational medicine as required by Austrian and EU regulations and to be able to intervene in a preventive way in all companies and organisations that are required to provide occupational medical expertise to workers and management.

These studies prepare students for the profession of a safety and occupational hygiene inspector and, after passing the relevant exam, the students acquire the title of internal auditor of OSH management systems.
The students also take part in the training called “Internal Auditor of the Safety and Occupational Hygiene Management System” which is finished by a final test. Those students who pass the test are given a certificate of the Internal Auditor of the Safety and Occupational Hygiene Management Systems, the 'Certificate of postgraduate studies'.

Co-funded by the European Commission, the three-year (2004–2007) Healthy Ageing project aims to promote healthy ageing among people aged 50 years and over. It involves ten countries, the World Health Organisation (WHO), the European Older People’s Platform (AGE) and EuroHealthNet. The goal is exchange of knowledge and experience among the European Union Member States and EFTA-EEA countries.

This program was organised by The National Labour Inspectorate (PIP) in the years 2004 – 2005. The campaign included seminars, competitions, meetings, open days and presentations. Open days organised all over the country – presentations of safe constructions, personal protective equipment, meetings, and seminars for representatives of trade unions and employers of construction sector, competitions for the young and programs in schools for construction sector.

The Safety Training Passport Scheme is one of the various safety passport schemes in the UK. All Safety Passport holders attend a basic one or two day course, which is a mixture of spoken word, videos and power point/OHP presentation. Assessment tests will be included at the end of each course module. After three years refresher course is required. This industry-led, nationally recognised scheme reflects Health and Safety Executive (HSE) syllabus guidance.

A modular training programme available in English and Czech. The project wants to improve knowledge and skills through developing of a distance-learning course to ensure the quality of education according to the criteria for the certification of qualified persons and specialists in the field of OSH in the EU countries. It wants to give a unique modular training in OSH to Europe. This is the most effective way how to harmonise till now different national approaches and how to support an effective and flexible international communication in the field of OSH.

With designing ergonomic work environment, high-tech rest rooms and joint hiking, the German enterprise DEGUMA works on health promotion of the staff.

The German Social Accident Insurance (DGUV) started this campaign in January 2010.
Every year, 230.000 accidents occur during transport and traffic within plants, 150 of them are fatal. In addition, 23.000 accidents occur on public roads during business journeys (170 of them fatal) and 175.000 accidents occur involving schoolchildren on public roads. In 2008, more than 500 insurants lost their lives due to one of these casualties.
The campaign "Fight the risk" aims at prevention and reduction of these accidents. A website is online now, offering information for employers, employees, pupils and teachers, links, videoclips, a multimedia quiz and personalized E- Cards including a short prevention clip that can be sent to friends.

Advanced Construction Technologies ( UK) Ltd. runs a virtual construction site for safety training in Coventry. The simulation centre, believed to be the first of its kind, features a state-of-the-art computer-generated simulation to create a virtual construction site, which allows construction managers to develop their skills in a controlled environment.
To make the training as lifelike as possible trainees work in fully-equipped site cabins, which are identical to those found on any building site. They then have to deal with demanding site-management scenarios that are based on real-life situations with site personnel, colleagues, and members of the public played by professional actors.

This is a project providing online and offline learning modules for engineers to increase their knowledge on ergonomics. This project was initiated by KAN (Commission for Occupational Health and Safety and Standardisation), Germany.
During their training, engineers currently receive very little tuition in human engineering. The corresponding topics are adequately included in training only at institutions with human engineering departments. KAN's objective was therefore to facilitate the integration of knowledge from the areas of occupational safety and health and ergonomics into the training of designers, thereby contributing to products, work equipment and workplaces satisfying ergonomics and safety standards.

| "Shattered Lives" is a campaign of the Health and Safety Executive, UK. Nearly 11000 workers suffered serious injury as a result of a slip or trip in the UK last year. Reducing this unnecessary injury toll is a priority. Users are supposed to find out what happens when workers are put at risk and what they can do to stop slips and trips in their workplace. The website, posters and brochures offer examples from five different idustries: Food Retail, Food & Drink Manufacturing, Catering, Building & Plant Maintenance and Construction. For each industry, one worker and the story of his accident is being presented to show what can happen at work.

The Irish National Training and Employment Authority (FÁS) has produced, in cooperation with The National Adult Literacy Agency (NALA), two books as a learning resource for participants on FÁS "Skills for Work" programmes. ‘Steps to Safety’ caters for participants with English language needs and those with very low literacy skills. This book could be used as a pre-intervention resource for the main workbook ‘Safe and Well’, which contains a CD-ROM with information delivered through text and video with interactive exercises that students can try out.
